Given a chance, we’d steal her look entirely but there were some details that we couldn’t take our eyes off. Elegance surely was at the forefront of this wedding across all events. Sabyasachi Mukherjee was present at the wedding himself and saw each of these looks come alive. He along with Deepika’s stylist ShaleenaNathani are the minds behind Deepika’s gorgeous bridal looks.

1. The Mantra On Her Dupatta

Her dupatta was embroidered with ‘Sada Saubhagyawati Bhava’ which means, may she remain a married woman forever. This detail threw in a burst of positivity to not only the attire but we’re sure it did the same to the ceremony itself.

2. The Whole New Sabya Border

Those gold fringes and that droplet motif is a never-seen-before phenomena from Sabya. We can’t wait to see more of these charming elements in his designs to come. Or are these exclusive to Deepika? Only time will tell.

3. The Mehendi

We love how traditional Deepika’s mehendi was with the abundance of paisley motifs. These motifs were nonchalantly paired with the ones on her beau’s Kurta. That surely took twinning up a notch!

4. The Rings

Having played varied epic love story queens in reel life, we wondered how Deepika would top that in real life with her bridal look. But there she did it! Those rings were something that stood out so prominently in the images that we couldn’t help but gaze at them more often than not. And, let’s talk about that rock though?

5. The Makeup & The Mani

Finished with a simple bindi, those stunning gold smokey eyes by Sandhya Shekar were an absolute hit. We also love how Deepika truly allowed her outfit and jewels to do the talking and went simple and clean on both her makeup and her mani. C’mon an engagement ring like that must have a stage of its own, right?

6. The Maangtika

Need to buy this and need to buy this now. We are not getting over this stunning oversized maangtika anytime soon

7. The Konkani Wedding Bangles

Giving us a lesson in how mismatching and stacking is out-and-out magic are Sabya and Shaleena. We would’ve never thought of pairing bangles like this for a South Indian look but are going to be giving it a whirl super soon!

8. The Smile She Wore Through & Through

Take note brideys! This is truly the most important accessory on your wedding day. Trust in the magic of new beginnings and watch every detail come together even better than you ever imagined it to.
